Complete rear end extension of a single storey weather board home, which included a new modern kitchen with an open living dinning room area and a separate lounge room. The new floor was lined with solid jarrah floor boards and french doors that opened out onto the the backyard with double hung sash-less windows either side. The total surface area of the extension was 90m2 with a building period of three and a half months.
